SKILLET CHICKEN ITALIANO 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut in strips or cubes
1 (2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 lg. tomato, cut in wedges
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. zucchini, sliced (2 c.)
6 slices of cheese, cut in sm. pieces

In shallow baking dish, place chicken with mushrooms. Cover with dressing. Marinate 30 minutes. Drain and reserve marinade.

In large skillet, cook onion in butter until tender. Add chicken and mushrooms. Cook, covered over medium heat until chicken is tender (5 minutes). Add zucchini, tomato and marinate. Cook and stir until tender. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Can be served over rice. Very good!
