SKILLET CHICKEN ITALIANO 
2 lbs. chicken
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 can Campbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup
1/2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano

In skillet brown chicken in oil. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients, cover, simmer 45 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
