BAKED CHICKEN ITALIANO 
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. crushed fresh garlic
Dash ground black pepper
2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, split
3 tbsp. butter, melted

1. Combine cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic and pepper; mix well.

2. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then into cheese mixture. Coat well.

3. Place in large shallow baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter over chicken breasts.

4. Bake in preheated oven, 375 degrees, for 25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serves 4.
