CHICKEN CUTLETS ITALIANO 
4 chicken breast
Italian bread crumbs
1 jar sweet onions
1 jar sweet peppers
About 8 lg. fresh mushrooms
Garlic powder
1/4 c. white wine
1 beaten egg

Dip chicken in egg and bread crumbs (with garlic powder) and fry in mixture of olive oil and vegetable oil, lightly. Place chicken breast in casserole pan and fry peppers and onions and fresh mushrooms. Spoon over chicken and add white wine. Cover with aluminum foil and bake approximately 30 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve over asini or rice or pasta of your choice.
