CHICKEN - SHRIMP ITALIANO 
1 cut up chicken
1 lb. cooked lg. shrimp
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
3 sm. onions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. port wine
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil

Salt and pepper chicken; brown in butter and cook for 30 minutes. Add wine, onions, garlic, parsley, sauce, and basil. Cover and simmer over low heat 30 minutes. Add shrimp; cook 10 minutes more.
