HAMBURGER CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef browned
1 c. chopped onions browned with beef
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter

After you lightly browned beef in heavy skillet or Dutch oven, add onions and cook until tender not brown. Add corn, soup, sour cream, pimentos, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked, drained noodles.

Spoon mixture into 4 quart casserole dish. (Casserole may be frozen at this stage and cooked at a later date.)

Mix soft bread crumbs with melted butter and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
