BEEF JERKY 
1 1/2 lbs. meat
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. B.B.Q. salt
1 tsp. accent
1 tsp. onion powder
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Cut long thin strips of lean meat -- deer, beef -- then soak in combined ingredients for 24 hours. Remove from liquid and place on oven racks for 10 to 12 hours, 150°F., do not try to rush the drying process.

Very good Jerky!
