CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. minced onion
3 c. diced chicken
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
2 c. seedless white grapes
1 lb. can pineapple chunks, well drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Combine all ingredients except almonds. Place in refrigerator and chill overnight. When ready to serve, sprinkle with almonds.
