TOMATO ASPIC 
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 or 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. summer savory or Italian herb seasoning
Avocado, diced (optional)
Canned shrimp (optional)
Stuffed olives (optional)
Cocktail onions (optional)

Heat tomato juice. Pour over gelatin in glass bowl. Stir thoroughly until dissolved. Add lemon juice, garlic powder, seasonings and mix well. Add optional ingredients. Pour into 9x9 inch Pyrex and chill.
