MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 large potatoes
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 c. Bacos
1 (8 oz.) stick of mild cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Peel and boil potatoes. When they get tender, drain. Pour 16 oz. sour cream into mixing bowl. Add potatoes and Bacos. Mix on medium speed with mixer until smooth. Pour into greased 8 x 11 pyrex dish. Grate cheese and spread on top.

Bake at 375°F until cheese is melted.
