PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
5 slices white bread, cubed

Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in the bread cubes. Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour. This is great with ham.
