PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, well drained (20 oz.) 10 slices bread, cubed Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Beat well. Add drained pineapple. Stir in bread cubes. Add more if needed. Bake in greased dish, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold as a meat accompaniment. Can be used as dessert with vanilla ice cream! |
