BAKED PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 5 slices white bread, cubed Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. I use this dish in place of a starch or regular dressing. |
