BUSY DAY COBBLER | |
1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2/3 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 stick butter 1 can fruit dessert 1/2 c. sugar Sift dry ingredients in bowl and add milk. Melt butter in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour batter over butter, do not stir. Pour can of fruit over batter, sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over fruit. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees until crust rises to top and is brown. |
