DEER SAUSAGE 
15 lb. ground venison
3/4 c. Tender Quick
1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp. onion salt
4 tsp. black pepper

Mix well and put into casings. Smoke. Bake in 275 degree oven for 2 hours. Put pan of water in bottom of oven to create moisture. The meat may also be packed into loaf pans and baked, then sliced. Liquid smoke can be added instead of smoking them.
