LEMON MERINGUE PIE 
1 can condensed milk
3 eggs, separated
3 lemons
2 tbsp. sugar (for meringue)
Graham cracker crust

Mix milk, egg yolks and juice of 3 lemons and a little rind. Pour into crust. Beat egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar for meringue. Spread over lemon filling and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until meringue is lightly browned.
