IRON SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 rounded tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 rounded tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in iron skillet over low heat. Add sugar, flour and cocoa. Mix lightly. Combine egg yolks and milk; add to mixture. Stir constantly until thick. Add vanilla and mix. Pour into baked pie shell. C over with meringue and brown.
