SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in iron skillet. Beat egg yolks and add eggs and milk to dry mix. Cook over medium to low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Pour in pie crust and top with meringue. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
