IRON SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. flour (plain)
3 eggs (separated)
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in iron skillet. Add sugar, flour and cocoa. Mix together well. Beat egg yolks and milk; add to skillet mixture. Cook until thick. Add vanilla. Pour in a baked pie shell and top with meringue. Brown in oven until golden brown.
