IRON SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

Melt butter in black cast iron skillet. Mix other ingredients together and pour in skillet. Cook until thick. Pour in baked pie shell.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
6 tsp. sugar

With mixer, beat in sugar gradually. Top pie and bake in oven at 325 degrees until golden brown.
