JELLO-TAPIOCA 
5 c. boiling water
1 c. sm. pearl tapioca
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 scant c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 pkg. strawberries

Bring water to boil; add tapioca and boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Add sugar and gelatin, stir until dissolved. Allow mixture to jell then fold in strawberries and whipped cream.
