2 1/2 c. water
1 sm. box orange Jello
2 sm. boxes Jello Americana vanilla tapioca pudding
2 cans mandarin orange slices, drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Cook water and Jellos until thick over medium temperature. Cool. Add thawed Cool Whip and mandarin orange slices. Stir. Chill.
