TAPIOCA PUDDING JELLO SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
4 bananas (sliced)
3 boxes Americana tapioca pudding
1/2 pt. whipping cream chopped walnuts (opt.)

Drain pineapple and oranges. With juice add enough water to make 4 cups. Mix pudding with juice and bring to a boil. Let cool completely. Add fruits. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and let set. Before serving spread with whipped cream that has been sweetened and sprinkle with a few chopped nuts. They make it look pretty.
