SNOWBALLS 
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Extra powdered sugar

Cream butter and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar until fluffy. Stir in flour gradually, then pecans. Chill several hours, or until dough is firm enough to handle.

Roll dough, a teaspoonful at a time into balls. Place 2 inches apart in ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly brown.

Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes; remove carefully. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm, make a generous white coating. These melt in your mouth.
