SHRIMP CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook shrimp, peel and devein, then chop. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Fold in chopped shrimp. Mix well. Shape into ball, sprinkle with paprika; top with parsley sprig. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Served with crackers!
