SHRIMP CHEESE BALLS 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of salt
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can (3/4 c.) shrimp
2/3 c. salted mixed nuts, chopped

Drain shrimp and break into pieces. Soften the cream cheese, then blend in all ingredients. Chill. Form the chilled mixture into 1/2 inch balls and roll in the chopped nuts. Makes 36 balls.
