SHRIMP CHEESE BALLS 
4 1/2 oz. canned shrimp
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
Pepper and salt
2/3 c. chopped salted mixed nuts

Drain shrimp and break into pieces. Stir into rest of ingredients (except nuts). Chill. Form into 1/2 inch balls and roll in nuts.
