SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) frozen carrots, broccoli, cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can Durkee's French fried onion rings

Thaw and drain vegetables.

Combine soup, vegetables, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of onion rings. Pour into a 13x9 pan or any (1) quart casserole. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered an extra 5 minutes.
