CAT'S SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli, cauliflower and carrots thawed and drained
1 can mushroom sup
1 c. Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1 pimento
1 can Durkee onions

Combine vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 onion. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with rest of cheese and onions. Cook uncovered 5 minutes.
