SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon, remove the bones
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, rolled fine
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased loaf pan and bake about 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. Very good to top a slice of the loaf with creamed peas.
