PATSY'S CRISP 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
3-4 c. fresh fruit or berries
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbs are the size of peas. Stir in egg. Spray 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish to prevent sticking. Add fruit or berries to baking dish. Should have 1 1/2 to 2 inches fruit or berries in dish. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour or cornstarch. Sprinkle over filling. Top with pastry. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
