CREAMY LOW-CAL DRESSING 
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) low-fat cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Place all ingredients in blender in order listed. Cover and blend on medium until smooth, about 1 minute. Cover and refrigerate. 2 cups dressing, 15 calories per tablespoon.
