LOW CAL YOGURT DRESSING (CREAMY
STYLE)
 
1 c. low fat yogurt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried dill
Ground pepper, a dash

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk or in a blender or food processor. Chill at least 1 hour before serving to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator in a tightly covered container.

You can also season yogurt with other spices and herbs to make a variety of flavored dressings. With a rich, creamy texture. Thinning it with a little fruit juice and adding "sweet" spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon or cardamon gives you a lovely dressing for fruit salads.
