CREAMY COLESLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. diced green pepper

Place shredded cabbage in a very large bowl; sprinkle with sugar; toss just until mixed; cover. Chill 30 minutes.

Mix lemon juice and mayonnaise in a small bowl; pour over cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; add carrots and green pepper, toss to mix well.
