1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. white pepper
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 egg
4 c. oil
1 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend at low speed. Refrigerate after mixing. Dressing will be thick.
