This mostly is a blend of mayonnaise (1/2 of blend). Add (to taste - a little at a time while sampling) wine vinegar (1/8), olive oil (1/8), sour cream (1/8), water (1/8), and sprinkle oregano, basil, parsley flakes. These measurements are proportions of the whole. You can add or decrease according to your individual preference. Heavy cream can be substituted in place of the sour cream if desired. Experiment until you find yourself speaking Italian - that's when you know you've achieved the right blend.
