LOW CAL BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/3 c. water
2 oz. blue cheese

Put cottage cheese, lemon juice, onion salt and water into blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add blue cheese, blend until nearly smooth. Store in refrigerator. Will keep about 5 days.
