TANGY BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of ground cloves
6 to 8 (3/4 to 1 inch thick) pork chops

Combine first 11 ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Grill pork chops over medium coals 10 minutes on each side. Baste with sauce and grill an additional 15 to 20 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with sauce and turning occasionally. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
