GRILLED PORK CHOPS 
1 env. onion gravy mix
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 to 6 thick pork chops

Combine contents of gravy mix, water, lemon juice, oil, catsup and soy sauce. Arrange chops in shallow pan; pour gravy mixture over and let stand at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain excess gravy. Grill over hot coals or in broiler about 6 inches from the heat for 30 minutes or until done, turning frequently and brushing with gravy mixture.
