SMOKED SAUSAGE AND RICE 
1 lg. onion
1 (10 oz.) box cut okra
2 lb. smoked sausage (sliced fairly thin)
1 can stewed tomatoes, (15 or 16 oz.)
1 can rotel tomatoes and chilies (10 oz.)
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. chili pepper
2 c. rice

Pour enough oil in skillet to cover bottom. Chop onions and place in heated oil Add okra, stir occasionally. Cook over low heat. Empty 3 cans of tomatoes into large deep pan or crock pot. Mash tomatoes, until chunky and blend. Add remaining ingredients. Add onion and okra mixture, stir. Add sausage, stir in. Cook over low heat, stirring often for 1 1/2 hours or in crock pot, low heat, stirring occasionally about 6 hours. Prepare rice. Serve sausage mixture over rice.
