BAKED FISH FILETS 
1 1/2 lb. fish filets
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 carrot
1 lemon, sliced
1/8 tsp. thyme
Bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

In greased baking dish combine all dry ingredients. Place fish in dish; cover with above ingredients including wine. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4-6.
