ZUCCHINI-CARROT SAUTE 
4 med. carrots, cut into julienne strips
2 zucchini, cut into julienne strips
1 tbsp. butter (optional)
1/4 c. Italian Salad Dressing
1/2 tsp. sesame seed (optional)
Several dashes of hot pepper sauce

In a medium saucepan cook carrot strips until tender (in small amount of water). Add zucchini, butter and Italian Dressing. Cook until tender. Serves 4 to 6.
