CARROT - ZUCCHINI SAUTE 
4-6 carrots (about 1/2 lb.)
1-2 zucchini (1 med. or 2 sm.), about 1/2 lb.
2 tbsp. butter
Basil
Lemon juice

Steam carrots cut into sticks about 1/8-inch thick for 2-3 minutes. Steam zucchini sticks 1/8-inch thick for 30 seconds to one minute. Vegetables should be crisp, not soft.

Melt butter; saute vegetables lightly to coat with butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice and very lightly with basil. Will serve 4-6 people.
