10 to 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 gal. ice cream (vanilla)
1 (12 oz.) jar chocolate fudge topping
2 tbsp. Creme de Menthe

Crush cookies and line bottom of pie pan. Pour softened chocolate fudge on top of cookie layer. Soften ice cream and mix with Creme de Menthe. Pour ice cream mixture on top of fudge. Garnish with cookie crumbs or shaved chocolate. Freeze.
