OREO MINT DESSERT | |
1/2 pkg. Oreo cookies 1 c. marshmallows 1 c. colored mints 4 pkgs. Dream Whip Crush Oreos in food processor (entire cookie). Place 3/4 of crushed Oreos in 9"x13" pan as a bottom crust; reserve rest of crushed Oreos for topping. Prepare the Dream Whip as directed on package. Fold in mints and marshmallows. Pour on top of crust. Sprinkle remaining Oreos on top of filling. Refrigerate for 2 days. Must set for at least two days so mints soften up. |
