OREO MINT DESSERT 
2 c. crushed Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 egg whites, stiff
1/2 gallon peppermint bon bon ice cream, softened

Put crushed cookies on bottom of 9 x 13 pan, saving some for the top. Mix butter, sugar, chocolate chips and egg yolks together and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Fold stiff egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Pour over the crust in the bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Put softened ice cream over chocolate mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze until firm.

To make peppermint bon bon ice cream, use softened chocolate chip ice cream and green food coloring and peppermint flavoring. Stir until well mixed.
