SWEET AND SOUR SHELLIE BEANS 
2 strips bacon
1/3 c. onion, finely diced
1 can (1 lb.) Stokely's finest shellie beans
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Cut bacon in 1/2 inch pieces. Brown lightly with diced onions. Add liquid drained from shellie beans. Cook down to a 1/2 cupful. Add remaining ingredients and shellie beans. Heat and serve.

4 servings.
