TASTY CORN BREAD | |
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 egg 1 sm. container sour cream (8 oz.) 1 sm. can creamed corn (8 oz.) Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix by hand. Spoon mixture into greased 8 inch cast iron skillet or round cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes (golden edges and when knife inserted, comes out clean). |
