CORN BREAD CASSEROLE | |
1 can creamed corn 1 can whole corn, undrained 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix 2 eggs, beaten 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. sour cream 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded Mix all ingredients together, except cheese, and spread in an oblong 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, baking 10 more minutes. Serves 10. |
