KENTUCKY SPOON BREAD | |
1 stick melted butter 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 can whole kernel corn (not drained) 1 can crushed corn Add eggs and sour cream to melted butter. Then add corn and muffin mix. Stir well. Pour into 1 1/2 - 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or longer. |
